For After the Comprehensive Collaborative Care & Testing Program
45-minute follow-up appointments focused on ongoing evaluation of progress, refinement of your treatment plan, and continued clinical support. These visits are scheduled as needed and are designed to track response to interventions, review any lab or diagnostic results, and adjust medications or non-medication strategies as needed to support stability and long-term improvement.
Review of symptoms, progress, and treatment response
Medication management, adjustments, and tapering support when appropriate
Review of lab, genetic, or other diagnostic results
Ongoing functional and lifestyle-based recommendations
Continued alignment of care plan with individualized goals

This intensive consultation program includes 4 in-depth one-on-one physician visits and includes all foundational labs in a comprehensive testing and treatment plan package. Includes blood, urine, hair, and genetic testing essential to Faith-Aligned Brain Health and the Truth, Testing, & Transformation framework.

What About Insurance?
While we are honored to care for patients no matter what type of insurance you may carry, we are not contracted with any insurance company and are considered out-of-network for all plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
This means:
You are welcome to receive care here by paying directly.
We do not bill insurance.
In most cases, medications prescribed and routine lab work ordered by Dr. Guthrie are still covered by your insurance.
