90-minute direct evaluation of your patient with Dr. Guthrie
Diagnosis + medication/lab recommendations
Summary report shared with the referring doctor
No follow-up unless separately requested
Dr. Guthrie is available to speak before, during, and after the process to ensure continuity of care.
Patients pay at the time of the visit.
*Best for cases where the diagnosis is unclear, treatment response has been limited, or outside insight is needed without establishing an ongoing treatment relationship.
3. Five-Visit Path to Stability Package – $1,249

Designed for more complex cases where short-term psychiatric support is needed for the patient before returning them to your care.

For patients who need full psychiatric evaluation and specialty follow-up care until symptoms and functioning improved through ongoing treatment plan modifications.
Includes 5 appointments (totaling 3.5 hours)
